Important Update re: Grad Social
The date of the grad social (picking up of caps/gowns, tickets, etc)
has been changed to a Grad Breakfast on Friday, June 14th at 7:30am
It will be held outisde at the front of the school.

Graduation tickets 2024
Each graduating student will automatically receive 2 tickets to the ceremony. We have already asked the students to let us know whether they will be using both tickets. These tickets will be handed out, along with their cap and gown package, an autograph book and the Graduation Photo Composite (if they ordered a graduation photo) at the Grad Breakfast. This will be held on June 14th in the morning before class starts. It is an opportunity for the Grads to celebrate with their teachers and classmates.
We will have slightly less than 300 extra tickets. In order to make their distribution as equitable as possible, we will be selling them for $10.00 each on a first come, first served basis. It will be cash only and they will be on sale in the main foyer of the school starting at 4:00pm on Wednesday, June 5th. Only 1 ticket will be available for each graduating student at that time. In the event that we have tickets left over, we will repeat the procedure on a later date.
Thank you for your understanding as we try to make sure that as many families as possible have the opportunity to see their student walk the stage.

Starting July 4th - Diplomas/Awards available in the office for pick up
Ongoing - 2 forms available on the Google Classroom to be filled out
(confirming attendance at the ceremony and uploading baby photos)

This is the absolute deadline so that we can have the gowns delivered on time.

This is for anyone who did not have a full Grad Portrait session done at the school.

Today parents of grade 12 students will have received a notification from School Cash online
letting them know that the link is live to purchase the Graduation cap and gown. The cost is
$40.00 and this includes a gown, cap, tassel and V-stole. These are the graduate's to keep
after the ceremony.
If you have a cap, gown or V-stole (or any combination of them) from an older child and wish
to only purchase what you need (the tassel and anything else), please email the school at
[email protected] and let us know. We will arrange payment for those at a later date.
The preliminary order for the caps and gowns must be submitted to our supplier by the beginning
of March so your prompt attention to this would be appreciated.
There will be more information shared with the Grade 12 class at the class assembly next week.
